ADOPTIONS (Housed in Expungement Office)

Adoption Department processes all required paperwork that is filed with the Clerk of Court. All adoption information is confidential and sealed in the Clerk's Records.

While our office processes adoptions once they are filed, we do not initiate the process, nor can we assist with doing so. Those who are interested in adoption will need to seek legal counsel or an adoption agency directly.

JUVENILE BONDS (Housed in Budget Office)

This department also deposits Juvenile Bonds after a Court Order has been rendered in Court. A certified copy of the order is required to post a bond.

COURT REGISTRY (Housed in Budget Office)

This department processes all monies deposited into and dispersed from the Registry of the Court as ordered by the Court.
